Today had comms class 8.30 am!! Morning classes are MaDneSS.. n I slp for like 2hrs due to isomia over tis new CraZe of mine - blogging... But I surprisingly managed to kept myself awake throughout the whole class.. As u all can see... I finally succeeded in uploading a pic in my profile corner and placing a tag board in the correct location.. Keke... Tat calls for a celebration!!
Today I had done 2 things which fulfilled my 1st new year resolution for 2005 - To be a BraVer gaL... Well, I used to be someone who isn't willing to try something new cos I dun have enough courage to... n I'm afraid of failing and getting hurt. Not being able to climb the spider web at West Coast Park on New Yrs eve made me realised I need alot more courage than I tot I had. Therefore to prove to myself, I presevered to make my blog work depite the fact I'm clueless abt IT... So excited that now my hard work paid off!! Tis blog is up and runnin^^ Yea!!
N today I went for the audition for a new Raintree Pictures upcoming movie, "Leap of Love" Never in my life have I ever tried acting... n I guess tis wld b my once in a lifetime opportunity to experience wat it is like to audition for a role in a movie :p E old me wld have shunned the idea of signing up... Muahaha... But not me in 2005!!
e audition was held in a house off River Valley Rd.. N I had to walk up like 5 Bt Timah Hills to get there!! Gd workout huh** Was my turn after Arkansha... So surprised to see her there :p I was brought to tis room with 2 umbrella lights... keke... dun knw wat it is called.. a camcorder and a tv... the role i did is tis gal called Li-Ann... A dreamy gal full of romantic ideas (sounds alot like me...) Well her frens pulled her to tis temple during her bdae for a fortune telling session to find out wat her future husband looks like... ( someone with Chow Yun Fatt's face n Richard Gere's chest!!??).. (pls lo...) But apparently e fortune teller (an old woman) is a fako... etc...
then e 2nd scene was sth like after a lit class where Li Ann was sitting on grassland doddling on her drawing pad... which she claims is her DreAm guy when her fren asked her (the drawing is blurry n blue)... with more probbing frm her fren, Li Ann's romantic ideas acts up again... Said she had a dream... similar to wat the teacher had tot during class... then her fren brushes her off by saying Li Ann has not met him, how she knws e ONE is wat she drew in the picture...( hee hee... i can rmbr my last line the most).. " No, it's not! It's like when u go to a new place n u have this feeling u have been there b4. It's the same with finding that someone u truly like." Tis may look abit confusing... cos there are some verses which are not mine in between tat i din bother to read!! E person jus wants my expression... hehe...
Well... tis was my 10 min of fame at the audition... Think acting is fun in that u can be e fantasy figure that u never can be in real life.. I hope Li Ann can find her dream guy in the end... Jus like I hope I can find mine... :p
