This is the nicest blogskin I have had so far.. Though I am not quite a "bling bling" person I really like the pink theme of this skin. This song I have feeded in with this blog has much sentimental value to me. Used to be a song I hear everytime I am at Tiong Bahru MRT station - I fell in love with this song but couldn't find out the title of this song then. Few years later, when I was working as an audit intern, I finally found out about this particular song from my audit client (How apt right...) This song "Sundial Dreams" is by Kevin Kern. He has produced many great piano pieces that will make you feel relaxed and bring your thoughts back to past memories. Very hypnotic.
Well.. If I were to choose a song that best describes me.. I would choose this song. This song as been a witness as I transit through stages of my life since sec sch days. I heard this song when I was wearing the "sailor" uniform at the MRT station. I heard this song when I was in poly student working as an audit intern. I bought my first Kevin Kern album because I liked this song so much I can hum the tune to sleep every night. And this song saw me through unforgetable memories as I transit to university life. There was even one time this song even became almost too painful to listen to. Von marked her 21st brithday by dedicating this song to me while we were drinking at Marina Mandarin Hotel. She still know me so well..
It has been a long time since I played this song. Now as I played it, all these memories start coming back to me. It has dawned on me that things can remain as it is but times has changed. Everyone has at some point moved on to another stage in life. So now as I am humming along to the tune, I am feeling happy and satisfied that life has brought me to where I am now. Although I may have met some obstacles along the way, I think I have dealt with them pretty well and learning a great deal as I go along.
This is quite an emotional entry huh.. I didn't intend for this entry to be like that but words just flow out as this song is playing.. Well let me end this entry with something more cheerful. Show you guys the product of my new hobby - Digital Scrapbooking!
